The white glaze is set off the gold infinity sign and gold rim. We use real 22k gold that is fired onto the piece, not gold paint. To use the wine chiller, you can put it in the freezer a couple of hours before you want to use it or put ice in it. It makes a striking addition to the table.
When you do not need it for keeping your wine cold it can also be used as a large flower vase (holds 2 dozen roses!) or crock for cooking utensils. So many uses for one piece of pottery! This piece makes a wonderful heirloom wedding or anniversary gift.
