Fired to cone 6 (~2230°F), each bowl is fully vitrified and durable enough for daily use.

The Process

At Sarah Welch Pottery, we make every piece by hand in our Jaroso, Colorado workshop. Each bowl is hand cast with our own clay slip, bisque-fired, hand-glazed, and high-fired in an electric kiln to ensure strength and durability. We formulate all of our glazes in-house to ensure they’re safe, vibrant, and uniquely our own.
